FarmHannong – Crop Protection R&D Center

Nonsan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea

6,444kg CO2e

EndoTherm was piloted by FarmHannong in two of their R&D Glass Greenhouse buildings in Nonsan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea. EndoTherm was installed into each building on December 28th 2022.

For each site. LPG consumption from 2022 (Jan-Dec) was normalized using Heating Degree Days (HDD) from Buyeo Weather Station at a base-load of 18.5°C. A linear trend-line is used to predict consumption using known HDD values for each month in 2023.

The EndoTherm pilot was run for 8 months between January 2023 and December 2023. 4 months over the summer (June – September) were excluded as the heating system was not in use.
