The performance of EndoTherm was analysed through a pilot run by Peace Tree Farm LLC in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Peace Tree Farm are a USDA certified, organic wholesale greenhouse working with growers and retailers across the US.

The farm is heated using propane which is delivered systematically throughout the year. Historical propane deliveries were tracked from January 2018 to December 2019 with consumption data normalised using Heating Degree Days from nearby Allentown airfield PA (KABE) using a base temperature of 65°F. The historic baseline noted a significant increase in consumption in 2018/19 compared with the year previous. Thus, a shorter baseline will be used for the analysis.
