The performance of EndoTherm was piloted by St Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor (SJMAA) at the Education Center and Building 5305. The buildings are heated by two separate boiler systems on the same meter.

Historical data was collected for the site using a combination of monthly bills dating back to January 2015 and since April 2017, 7-day interval meter readings. Summer data has been removed as the heating is not utilized. The baseline is normalized using Heating Degree Day Data from Ann Arbor Municipal Airport.

The historical trendline is used to predict consumption based on the known HDD values for the post-EndoTherm period.
