Historical data was collected for the site using a combination of monthly bills dating back to January 2015 and since April 2017, 7-day interval meter readings. Summer data has been removed as the heating is not utilized. The baseline is normalized using Heating Degree Day Data from Ann Arbor Municipal Airport.
The historical trendline is used to predict consumption based on the known HDD values for the post-EndoTherm period.
